Enjoy this family event into the fascinating world of insects in their natural surroundings. The sessions are presented by our Geopark Guides, Kevin Baker, and Ian Sturdee. The first part of this one and a half hour session is set in the woodland identifying insects, trees and flowers. The next stage is to build your own family insect hotel and find out what type of insects may take up residency in your creation, such as Masonry Bess, Ladybirds or Lacewings.

Please wear sturdy footwear and warm waterproof clothing but also factor in sunny weather.

If you notice you or anyone in your group experiencing any potential Covid-19 symptoms as per the Public Health Agency Guidelines, then please do not attend.
